TERMS & CONDITIONS – MAŁE DOBRA ONLINE STORE
 

§ 1. General Provisions
 

1. The Małe Dobra online store, operating at www.maledobra.com, is run by Weronika Politowicz, conducting business under the name Studio Projektowe Weronika Politowicz, ul. Genowefy Młynarz 15, 63-700 Krotoszyn, Poland, NIP (Tax ID): 6211837809 (hereinafter: the Seller).

3. The store sells applied arts objects, furniture, and unique items from the "Re-enchantment" collection (Applied Arts, Bigger Goods, One-Offs).
    

§ 2. Placing and Processing Orders
 

1. Due to the handcrafted nature of the products, most of the assortment in the "Bigger Goods" and "One-Offs" categories is made-to-order.

2. After placing an order through the website, the Customer will receive a separate email containing confirmation of availability, an invoice, bank transfer details, and an estimated processing time.

3. Processing times vary. The processing of an order strictly begins only after the payment has been successfully credited to the Seller's bank account.
    

§ 3. Payment and Shipping
 

1. The store accepts payments via traditional bank transfer to the account specified in the confirmation email.

2. Order processing (production/packing) begins strictly after the payment is credited.

3. Shipping costs and methods are determined individually, depending on the dimensions of the item. The Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer.
    

§ 4. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
 

1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions described in point 2.

2. NOTE: Under consumer rights laws, the right of withdrawal does NOT APPLY to contracts where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy their individualized needs. This means that all custom-made and made-to-order products purchased at Małe Dobra are non-refundable and non-returnable.

3. To return a ready-made product (not made-to-order), the Consumer must notify the Seller via email and then return the undamaged item. The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
    

§ 5. Complaints and Conformity of Goods
 

1. The Seller is liable to the Consumer for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract under the rules specified in the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

2. Important: Because we use 100% natural materials and artisanal techniques (wood, stone, clay, manual casting), our products may have unique characteristics, including minor differences in color, wood grain, or material structure. These features result from the true nature of the materials and do not constitute a physical defect or a lack of conformity with the contract. Therefore, they are not grounds for a complaint.

§ 6. Intellectual Property (Copyright)
 

1. All designs, furniture, objects, images, texts, and concepts presented in the Małe Dobra store are the intellectual property of Weronika Politowicz and Natalia Guzior and are fully protected by law.

2. Any reproduction, copying, distribution, or use of these contents and designs without the explicit, written permission of the authors is strictly prohibited.
    

§ 7. Final Provisions
 

1. To properly use the store, a device with internet access, a standard web browser, and an active email account are required.

2. The Consumer has the option to use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms. For this purpose, they can use the EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

3. For orders shipped outside the European Union, the Buyer is solely responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.
